When you run SimpleMind the first time, you will need the license information as sent in the delivery email to complete the installation.

Mind Map Explorer
The Mind Map Explorer is disabled by default and each mind map is opened in its own window. Read how to open your existing mind maps. You may optionally enable the directory based Mind Map Explorer and open all mind maps in the same window. Enable this via Preferences - General Options and check in Application style: Single window with Explorer.
