Ordering SimpleMind Desktop

SimpleMind for Windows and/or SimpleMind for Mac is sold via on-line store MyCommerce.
Similar to how you buy a book from a bookshop, not from the author. MyCommerce handles all order processing and delivery. Upon order completion you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with your order information. That email includes your invoice receipt. A second email contains download and activation details for the full edition. Use this to install SimpleMind on your computer.

What is a site license?

A site license is a license for an unlimited number of users on the same physical site. If you have specific questions regarding the site license please contact us.

Can I pay in other currencies than Euro?

Yes, although SimpleMind desktop is priced in Euros you can pay in other currencies. To do so, place the product in the cart. This takes you to the MyCommerce website. Next change the currency in the drop down list. Please note, to avoid the risk of changing exchange rates, MyCommerce adds 8 tot 10 percent to the price in Euros. To avoid this, select Euro as billing currency. That way your credit card provider / PayPall will use the daily exchange rate and you’ll get a better deal.
 

Do I need to pay VAT?

In some cases VAT is applicable. MyCommerce automatically determines if VAT /tax is applicable and adds the it to the net price. The VAT percentage differs per country, that is why we cannot show this on our website.

  • Europe: The VAT percentage is depending on the country of residence.
  • USA: Customers from Minnesota and Maryland USA need to pay about 7% tax.
  • Japan: Customers need to pay 8% VAT tax.

 

I have not received a delivery email.

You will get a delivery e-mail within 48 hours after payment. This delivery e-mail may be blocked by your spamfilter. Please check your spam filter or folder for an email with SimpleMind in the subject. If you cannot find the e-mail, please contact us.
 

Do you offer refunds?

No, we offer a fully functional Trial before purchase. This allows you to use our products for a period of 30 days and see if it fits your needs.
